PATIENT WAS BROUGHT TO ME WITH THE COMPLAIN OF SEVERE WEAKNESS  DIFFICULT RESPIRATION ON SLIGHT EXERTION VOMITING SUDDEN AFTER EATING AND DRINKING VISION  WEAK APPETITE REDUCED SINCE 15 DAYS BURNING PAIN URETHRA URINATION DURING. URINE FLOW NORMAL. BITTER TASTE SINCE 8 DAYS. SLEEP SOUND DEEP. WAKES FROM SLIGHT NOISE. SLEEPINESS AFTER DINNER, LUMBAR PAIN AGG- LYING OVER BACK, RELIEF BY SITTING, PAIN IN ABDOMEN  BEFORE STOOLS,  CALF  PAIN IN SQUATTING POSITION, DESIRE NON-VEG BUTTER, EGG. AVERSION- SOUR, VEGETABLE. PERSPIRATION SCANTY HABITS NIL. THERMALLY CHILLY, HOWEVER WARM WRAPS AGG. Urine output- 600ml/24hrs

History of hemodialysis, In Miraj, beginning in 11-06-2007 & 8th dialysis on 2-07-2007.
On 9-7-2007 Investigations Hb- 5.1gm %, Urea 142mg/dL
Creatinine 8.9 mg/dL    B.P. 170/120 mm/hg

Homoeopathic treatment  started on 02/07/07
Follow up- on 16/07/2007
Appetite reduced, pain in leg & back.
Urine output 900ml/24hrs.
vomiting only once in last 15 days

No dialysis since 2-7-2007

Follow up 31-7-2007
Appetite increased no vomiting stool slightly loose twice a day.
Urea- 82 mg/dL  Creatinine-7 mg/dL   Hb- 6.2 gm %

No Complaint  last 15 days urine output 1200 ml /24hrs.
Stool passes well once in a day soft regular.

Patient fills much better. patient walks daily for 2 kms. no breathlessness or respiratory distress.

Urine output 1700ml/24hrs
BP- 140/80 mm/Hg

Urea-62 mg/dL  Creatinine- 5.2 mg/dL  Hb- 7.2 gm %

On 26/10/07
Urea- 59 mg/dL  Creatinine-5 mg/dL  Hb-8 gm %
Complaining  itching slight at night.
Treatment continued.

Follow up 26/11/07
Urea- 55 mg/dL    Creatinine-4mg/dL   Hb- 8.5 gm %
Complaining of falling  of hairs. Treatment  continued.

Patient eats well passes stole regularly. No complaints no dialysis since 02/07/07.
