Patient came with loss of appetite, breathlessness on walking, loss of taste. Stool looses 4 times a day, urine scanty, pain in lower back, burning souls & feet, sleeplessness.
USG 20/11/2007- Left kidney small as compare to right kidney. increased echotecture of both kidneys.
Hb- 8.1 
Urea -89
Serum Creatinine 4.2
Urine protein 3+++
with regular monthly follow up all the reports are normal.
