Patient came with breathlessness vertigo.
Cough complaining of scanty urine. 
History of repeated dialysis in a reputed well-known hospital at pune.
Last dialysis was done on 07/01/06
Treatment began on 09/01/06 

Follow up 14/01/06 no dialysis since treatment started.
Swelling on legs itching allover body rumbling in abdomen
appetite reduced  Blood Pressure- 130/85 Hg/mm

Follow up 14/03/06-
No dialysis since 9/01/06 Occasion headache itching reduced. Urine increased in quantity . Patient on regular monthly follow up 30/5/06. History of cough & coryza once in a month. No dialysis since 09/01/06 Follow up 15/06/06
No dialysis no complaints regular follow up on 30/09/06-
urea- 55mg/dL, Creatinine- 4mg/dL
No dialysis since treatment started feels well since treatment stared.
