Case-5

A female patient is 16 years old, came on 03-02-06 with CRF with history of dialysis since May 2004. She had weakly two dialysis at well-known hospital at Mumbai. She had complaints of swelling of face, itching, vision reduced pass history of Rickets, liver cirrhosis & menstrual irregularities. Well-known allopathic nephrologists advised kidney transplant or dialysis till patient alive.

Patient hospitalized on 03-02-06.
After admission in hospital, complaint get reduced day by day.

No dialysis for 3 months. Patient discharge on 03-05-06.
During that time Hb-8.2 gm %    
Blood Urea-61.2 mg/dL
Serum Creatinine-6.5 mg/dL

On 14-09-06
Hb-4.3 gm %
Serum Creatinine-7.1 mg/dL
Blood Urea- 173 mg/dL
Two units of blood transfusion is given with two round of dialysis. Treatment continued.

On 20-11-06
Hb-5.2 gm %
Serum Creatinine-7.9 mg/dL
Blood Urea- 129 mg/dL

No dialysis since 14-09-06
Advised to continued treatment.

There are such cases under treatment with excellent prognosis with chances of 100 % cure.
