Case 1:

Patients Name- Mr.  Dhondiram kamble

Address- Radhanagari  Dist-Kolhapur

Diagnosis- Carcinoma gingival of left upper molar region.

Date-  4/12/2007(1st examination)

Complaints-
Bleeding per mouth, severe  pains in left side of face with swelling on left sub-mandibular region.

On examination :
cauliflower like growth seen on hard pallet  & palpable left sub mandibular neck glands.

First follow up 04/01/2008-
left sub mandibular & neck glands non-palpable.
On exam cauliflower like growth reduced in size.
On 04/02/2008 cauliflower like growth totally subsided no growth or ulceration seen on examination.
USG of neck region no glands or any metastasis detected. 

Patient well no evidence of malignancy.
